If you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP), you may be eligible for aMedicare rebate for up to 5 sessions per calendar year with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). The rebate is approximately $58 per session.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, Ellen is open to discussing adjusted session rates to ensure services remain accessible.Clients who can pay the full fee help support this initiative, allowing YMS to offer more affordable care to those in need, including NDIS and WorkCover participants, where capped fees fall below standard rates.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the full appointment fee.
