I'm Ellen (they/them), and I'm dedicated to helping you develop a sustainable relationship with movement. My approach goes beyond just giving you exercises and sending you on your way. I strive to understand and address your unique barriers to exercise, delve into your past experiences, teach you the science behind how exercise works, and find enjoyable movements for you to engage in.
At Your Movement Space, my mission is to create an environment where you can accept your body, engage in movement at your own pace, and discover your own path to physical activity.
I believe in meeting you where you are because this journey is uniquely yours. Learning a new way to experience movement takes time and doesn’t follow a linear plan. It can be a challenging and even frustrating process at times, but we’ll navigate it together at a pace you are ready for.
